Refund Policy

3. Refund Time Limit

 

Product Refund: Refund requests for products must be made within 7 days of purchase. During this period, you can apply for a refund, provided that the product is in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Service Refund: If the service is not provided, you can request a refund within 3 days of the service reservation or purchase. If the service has been started or partially completed, the refund may be calculated based on the progress of the service.

4. Refund Processing Method

 

The refund will be returned to the payment method you used for purchase. If the original payment method is not available, we will negotiate a refund method according to the situation.

 

Product Refund: The refund will be processed within 5-10 working days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it is not damaged.

Service Refund: The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after the refund application is confirmed.

5. Return Fees

 

Product Return: If it is due to product quality problems or discrepancies with the description, we will bear the return shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Service Refund: If the refund request meets the conditions, we will decide whether to charge any fees based on the actual situation.
